There are 5 Elements that make up the internal energetic body. They are Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth. Whether the energy in the Elements are blocked or in resonance, they manifest in the body in different ways.

Ether when it resonates in the body is about space, stillness, connecting to Divine, being, allowing and meditativeness. When the Ether energy is blocked in the body, one can experience grief, any kind of “i-rithis” (i.e. – arthritis, tendonitis, and bursitis, etc.). Ether energy is found in the joints, body cavities, ears, craniosacral system, hair, tissue and voice quality.

Air when it resonates in the body is about lightness, quickness, movement, agility, responsiveness and infinite possibilities. When the Air energy is blocked in the body, one can experience health concerns in the shoulders, kidneys, ankles, lungs/chest, skin, sense of touch, thymus gland or nervous system.

Fire when it resonates in the body is about clarity, focus, warmth, exuberance, vitality, direction and setting things in motion. When the Fire energy is blocked in the body, one can experience health concerns in their digestive system, liver, gallbladder, pancreas, eyes, solar plexus, thighs, adrenal glands, possess inability to say “no”, suffer depression or inflammation.

Water when it resonates in the body is about nurturing, making connections, fertility, fullness, timelessness and Moon energy. When the Water energy is blocked in the body, one can experience health concerns in the breasts, pelvic area, feet, menstrual cycle, and lymphatic system, swelling, puffiness, bloating, sexual and relational problems and addictions.

Earth when it resonates in the body is about structure, being strong, patient, organized, secure, grounded, practical, methodical, completion and manifestation. When the Earth energy is blocked in the body, one can experience health concerns in the neck, colon, knees, bones, feel fear, and experience sleep disturbance.
